Goals for the Year

In keeping with the principles of the Strategic Plan, all goals for the 2020-2021 Academic Year incorporate our Core Values of Diversity & Social Justice, Sustainability & Environmental Inquiry, Connectivity & Community Engagement and Adaptability & Responsiveness.

With particular emphasis this year on Diversity & Social Justice and Adaptability & Responsiveness, we commit to develop and implement a plan of action for anti-racism, inclusion, and equity focusing on inclusive leadership, curricula, programming, faculty hiring, faculty and staff development, and student support.

We commit to developing a budget plan following the Strategic Budgeting model to incorporate our goals for 2020-21.
