uAchieve Degree Planner Project
Overview
We are providing all SSU undergraduate and graduate students with access to the uAchieve Degree Planner, Degree Audit, and Scheduler by Fall 2026. This is in response to Graduation Initiative 2025 Equity Priority 3, which mandates that every campus ensure students have equitable access to a digital degree planner by the end of 2025. SSU has approval to defer the full implementation until Fall 2026.
Project Goals
- Goal 1: Ensure all students have access to the uAchieve Degree Planner, Degree Audit, and Course Scheduler by Fall 2026
- Goal 2: Graduate all undergraduate and graduate students using uAchieve Degree Audit by end of term Spring 2027
- Goal 3: Achieve 80% undergraduate student usage of the uAchieve Degree Planner by end of term Fall 2017

- Fall 2025: Project Announcement to Faculty/Staff, Initial Technical Integration, Begin Pilot Major Review
- Spring 2026: Update on Project Status to Faculty/Staff, Advisor Access and Training
- Summer 2026: Summer Orientation Student GoLive Pilot
- Fall 2026: Project Announcement to Students, Student GoLive (Goal 1), Student Peoplesoft ARR Access Removal, Graduation Processing Pilot
- Spring 2027: Graduation Processing GoLive (Goal 2), Student Planner Reminder (Goal 3)
